Description: Tom Whalen's Universal Monsters, the 2013 limited edition art print folio that contained ten 18" x 24" individually numbered prints (8 individual prints + one very special 2-print diptych) prints by Tom Whalen, each individually screen printed, with all pieces encased in a Tom Whalen designed box. On each set, all of the prints were numbered except for the Frankenstein "teaser" print which was the only one signed by Tom Whalen. There were two editions of this set, the Standard Edition (with full-color prints) and the Variant Edition (which featured black and silver versions of the prints from the Standard Edition, printed with metallic inks). The Standard Edition was originally sold for $350 while the Variant Edition was $450, and both editions quickly sold out!
Important Added Info: Note that this is one of the nine prints (eight that measure 18x24 and one special two print diptych) from the Standard Edition from the above set. Note that this item has been personally signed by artist Tom Whalen! Also note that there is some printing or information on the back of this art print and we have provided an image of each side, and please realize that the winner of this auction will receive ONE art print!
Overall Condition: very good to fine. The limited edition art print is in excellent condition, but it may have extremely minor defects, so please do not bid unless you have looked at our image and can accept this possibility.
