GETAWAY 3sh 1972 Steve McQueen, Ali McGraw, Sam Peckinpah, cool gun & passports image!
An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Three-Sheet Movie Poster (3sh; measures 41" x 81" [104 x 206 cm])
Description: The Getaway, the classic 1972 Sam Peckinpah romantic crime action thriller ("Screenplay by Walter Hill"; "From the novel by Jim Thompson") starring Steve McQueen (as Doc McCoy), Ali MacGraw (as Carol McCoy), Ben Johnson (as Jack Beynon), Al Lettieri (as Rudy Butler), Sally Struthers ("as Fran"), Slim Pickens, Jack Dodson, Dub Taylor, and Bo Hopkins. Note that the source novel of this movie was pretty "unfilmable" as written (especially the ending!), but Walter Hill did an excellent job adapting it, and while it is not the same story, it is in many ways faithful to the original, and it is certainly one of the best movies of its kind ever made!
Important Added Info: Note that this three-sheet was printed in 1 section.
Overall Condition: good. There is a faint censor stamp in the lower right above the credits. There are many tiny staple holes around the edges. There are many creases and some small tears around the edges
